You can buy as many as you want, but we can only use one per person. These packages make great gifts for friends, family, or clients looking to jumpstart their wellness journey.

If you're already a member, you have options! You can purchase a new 12 Cycle Membership to replace your current one (you'll be released from your current term), or add it to your existing membership. You can also choose to hold onto the new membership until your current one ends. Just speak with us at the front desk to adjust start dates as needed.

If you want to replace your current membership with a new 12 Cycle Membership - your new membership will be in January 2025.  Your final payment for your current membership will be in December - please see the front desk for details and exact dates.

Note: If you purchase private training session packs, you cannot be released from your current membership term. However, you can use these packs to supplement your current membership or save them until your membership term is completed.

If you have a session pack from a previous prepaid pack and want to purchase a new 12 Cycle Membership, let us know at the front desk. We can delay the activation date of your new membership until your session pack is complete or until March 31, 2025 (whichever is sooner).

You can delay the start date of your 12 Cycle Membership until Spring 2025 (December, January, February, or March) or until your current sessions or memberships are used up, as long as it starts no later than March 31, 2025. 

Private Training Session Packs can also be delayed, but must be activated by February 1, 2025.

We highly recommend starting with LIFT LITE Foundations or Private Sessions before diving into a semi-private membership. 

Our training approach has a learning curve, and starting with Foundations or Private Sessions helps you build a strong, safe foundation with the guidance of our expert coaches. This way, you'll feel confident and ready for semi-private sessions!

Absolutely! Many new clients choose to start with LIFT LITE Foundations or Private Sessions and secure a semi-private membership for the year. This approach sets you up with foundational training and gives you the flexibility to move into semi-private sessions as you're ready.

Great news! We have an incredible deal on our Longevity & Fitness Assessment with 3 Private Sessions (OnRamp Lite) for just $300 (saving $275)! These are very limited, so come snag this deal off the Christmas Tree ASAP!

For your safety, if you purchase a semi-private membership without completing a Fitness Assessment, LIFT LITE Foundations, or Private Sessions, we may require that you start with private training. In these cases, we will convert a portion of your semi-private membership into private sessions at a 2-to-1 ratio (e.g., 6 semi-private sessions would convert to 3 private LIFT LITE Foundations sessions).

We’ll definitely miss you! Unfortunately, memberships are non-transferable, and our early cancellation policy will apply. We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us maintain the best possible experience for all members.
